Our highly accurate Digital Sensor Technology features a 16-digit digital signal processor and single-chip technology that increases productivity and offers unprecedented speed and accuracy-especially when using sophisticated balance and weight placement techniques required for newer high-tech OEM and aftermarket wheels.
Single-chip circuit board architecture provides an inherent performance and reliability advantage compared to multi-chip implementations of the same functionality. In addition to overall latency reductions, the single-chip architecture significantly boosts device throughput. An extremely fast and dedicated hyper transport protocol allows data to communicate with the micro-processor at much faster speeds. This solution offers unmatched integration of features and functionality and results in both lower power consumption and dissipated heat.
Dual-component piezoelectric quartz load sensors and digital rotation encoder measure longitudinal, transversal and shear effects for multi-directional force unbalance detection. The piezoelectric force sensors are the most sensitive sensors we have ever made, offering superior stability and fatigue resistance for unlimited service life with your wheel balancer. The high-rigidity quartz crystal sensors offer high frequency detection in all three measured directions.

Multi-size center cones and a full rubber perimeter no-mar “Quick-Nut” bell adapter makes mounting wheels fast and easy and minimizes the risk of costly wheel damage.
Mounting cone package
The DST-2420 tooling package not only includes our standard car and light truck cones, but a heavy-duty truck cone. This well-equipped package includes three automotive and light truck cones: 1.75″ – 2.75″, 2.75″ – 3.50″ and 3.50″ – 4.25″, as well as one truck cone 4.50″ – 5.00″.
Tape weight feeder
Newly designed side shelf features an open-top design that accommodates Ranger Quick-Peel™ adhesive tape weight. These weights are sold separately in convenient bulk rolls.

LED rolling wheel weight displays
Bright LED weight placement indicators show weight positions as the wheel is gently rolled to exact top-dead-center. Tiered weight placement indicators help identify out-of-sight weight placement such as split-weight or hidden “behind-the-spoke” techniques. Aids with clip-on and tape weight placement at precise locations for zero-on balancing every time.
Wheel weight starter kit
A free kit of wheel weights is included with DST2420 and DST64 wheel balancers. Each unit’s starter kit contains one bulk roll of 100 silver adhesive steel tape weights, one bulk roll of 100 black adhesive steel tape weights and one starter box of mixed clip-on steel weights. It’s our way of getting you off on the right foot. Additional Ranger wheel weights are available for purchase at any time.

More often than not, shipments/packages make it to your location without a problem. However, if they do, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your packages following a few guidelines. Note that any type of damage will require photos submitted to support@cozeeflames.com within 48 hours of receipt to process your return/exchange.
Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), CozeeFlames cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at (760) 565-5385 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.
Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged. Note any damages to the packaging or contents on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word “Damaged”.
If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.
Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 Hours to email us damage photos at support@cozeeflames.com.You may call us at (760) 565-5385 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready.

Just as expected
Love the dough box with the compartments. I can use the compartment section for the toppings and the box for the dough only. Fast shipping and packaging
This is everything that I needed. The oven is the best, the rotary stone is the key and the burner is way more than is needed but is ready in a hurry. Be careful not to leave it on high as if gets seriously hot! Use an infrared laser thermometer for the best result. The cover is very heavy duty and quite effective at keeping the weather out. Add a propane tank and you are ready to go! Best prices on Blackstone anywhere.
We were able to get this put together pretty easily just time consuming. It heat3d fast and cooked amazingly evenly and fast…you will not be disappointed with it. We grabbed this when we did because it is once again sold out in most places
