Once clicked it has you apply is as little as 2 minutes! Another way to apply would have to be done at the checkout stage under other payment options and Affirm will be listed and it will also allow you to click and apply after all information has been inputed.

We have a 30 Day Return Policy and the product must be unused and in its original packaging with product receipt to be eligible for a return and a Refund. 

Note: We are an Authorized Retailer, Processing times for the returns are different depending on the Brand associated with the product.

If a product was received damaged it must be reported with in 48 HOURS to be eligible for a return or refund on the product. To report a damaged or defective product, you must send us an inquiry on our contact us page or give us a call in order to fix the defective or damaged product.

Note: If not reported within the 48 Hours, we WILL NOT be able to Return/Replace, OR issue a Refund for the damaged product.

Our Shipping Turn around times are from 7-14 Business days. Shipping is a bit lengthy due to the fact that most of these products are heavy and require to be shipped through Freight and we want to make sure all products arrive to the customer in perfect condition! 

Currently we are not offering international Shipping we are currently working to enable international orders at the moment.

Authorized Dealer is just another way of saying Authorized Retailer for the listed Brands we have in stock. Aside from being an authorized retailer for these brands we also provide customer service for all the products listed on our store.

Our Headquarters are located in West Texas, however our warehouses are located across the nation to ensure free shipping!

Backorders are when an order is placed on a product but the product isn't in stock or is unavailable at the moment. As listed in our Back order Policy Page the other options would be to have a refund or you may exchange for another product.
