The Navien NPE-240A2 is a high-capacity, high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater engineered for residential and light commercial applications. With an input range of 13,300 to 199,900 BTU per hour and a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.95, it delivers up to 11.2 gallons per minute at a 35°F temperature rise. Its compact, wall-hung design allows for flexible indoor or outdoor installation and supports 2″ or 3″ venting for long runs, making it ideal for homes or businesses requiring reliable and continuous hot water.
This model features Navien’s patented ComfortFlow® system with a built-in recirculation pump and buffer tank to eliminate temperature fluctuations and minimize hot water wait time. Dual stainless steel heat exchangers enhance durability, while the EZNav™ control panel simplifies setup and operation. The NPE-240A2 supports cascading with up to 32 units and common venting with up to 12, and is field convertible for natural gas or propane use. Built-in recirculation system
Navien’s patented ComfortFlow® system is the first to include a buffer tank, recirculation pump and fine-tuned controls into a tankless water heater, resolving the cold-water sandwich effect* and issues of minimal flow rates commonly found in other tankless water heaters.
* The “cold-water sandwich effect” is the undesired introduction of cold water into the hot water supply line on occasions of frequent on/off operations. (Measure Guideline : Transitioning to a Tankless Water heater, DOE, Sept.2012).
The built-in recirculation pump allows the NPE-A2 to recirculate water either through an external recirc line or through existing supply lines while using NaviCirc®, without the need for external pumps or controls.

More often than not, shipments/packages make it to your location without a problem. However, if they do, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your packages following a few guidelines. Note that any type of damage will require photos submitted to support@cozeeflames.com within 48 hours of receipt to process your return/exchange.
Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), CozeeFlames cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at (760) 565-5385 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.
Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE ORDER. Do not keep a partial order if any single item is damaged. Note any damages to the packaging or contents on the delivery receipt by specifically writing the word “Damaged”.
If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.
Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 Hours to email us damage photos at support@cozeeflames.com.You may call us at (760) 565-5385 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready.

Just as expected
Love the dough box with the compartments. I can use the compartment section for the toppings and the box for the dough only. Fast shipping and packaging
This is everything that I needed. The oven is the best, the rotary stone is the key and the burner is way more than is needed but is ready in a hurry. Be careful not to leave it on high as if gets seriously hot! Use an infrared laser thermometer for the best result. The cover is very heavy duty and quite effective at keeping the weather out. Add a propane tank and you are ready to go! Best prices on Blackstone anywhere.
We were able to get this put together pretty easily just time consuming. It heat3d fast and cooked amazingly evenly and fast…you will not be disappointed with it. We grabbed this when we did because it is once again sold out in most places
